Twist-off Lug Caps
Made of tinplate or tin-free-steel, these caps are tamper-proof and have vacuum seal thus providing for extended shelf life. The lug caps are suitable for hot, cold and aseptic filling of various types of food and beverages. The lug caps are also suitable for processes such as pasteurization and sterilization.
Metal Closures can supply lug caps with PVC coating, and puffed or solid plastisol lining compound with either a ring-seal or full solid type.
The lug caps come in several size ranges and types and the customers can choose from various profiles viz. with or without step and button, different heights i.e. regular, medium or deep and fluted or angled side wall.
As with all of Metal Closures' products, the lug caps can be printed with eye-catching designs and print matter to enhance the visual appeal of the caps.
